These Terms of Service (‘Terms’) (together with the documents referred to within) govern your access to and use of our Services,
including our website, www.webgiv.com, (the ‘Websites’), the relevant sub-domains,

These terms and conditions apply between you, the User of the Websites ('webgiv.com') (including any sub-domains) and Extension(s), and
Rowell International, the owner and operator of these Services, hereinafter collectively referred to as 'We', 'Us', and 'Our'. Your access to and

Your agreement to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions is deemed to occur upon your first use of the Service(s). If you do not

Our Website(s) and Extension(s) (the ‘Services’) are made available free of charge.
We do not guarantee that our Services, or any content on them, will always be available or be uninterrupted. Access to our Services is permitted
on a temporary basis. We may suspend, withdraw, discontinue or change all or part of our Services without notice. We will not be liable to you
if for any reason our Services are unavailable at any time or for any period.

and other applicable terms and conditions, and that they comply with them.
About the charities and organisations featured on the Service(s) (‘webgiv.com’, and relevant Extension(s))
The Service(s) allow users to donate to, and raise funds for, any authorised and registered non-for-profit corporation or charity who are
in "good-standing" with the pertinent governmental bodies in their jurisdiction, and other approved-by-WebGiv causes listed on the Website(s),
available by sub-domains, or indicated via the 'WebGiv' or WebGiv-approved icon.
How we allocate money to charities via web search
Revenue is disbursed to individual charities, as outlined above, that have been supported by Users of the Services(s). The sum each charity
receives is entirely proportional to the amount that Users use the Services(s) relative to the Users of other supported charities.
The activity of users of the Service(s) who do not select a specific charity will benefit all support charities on a pro rata basis. A
'supported charity' is defined as any charity that has Users who have selected to support them via the Service(s). 'Users' are defined as
anyone who selects a charity from the Service(s) to benefit from their use of the Service(s), or who uses the Service(s) via a referral
from a charity website.
Use of funds
Each charity beneficiary reserves the right to utilise the income raised through the Service(s), webgiv.com and Extension(s),
to best effect for the charity.
In the event that a charity ceases to operate or becomes de-registered before all of the monies raised or donated can be sent to them,
their outstanding payment will be distributed to a charity or charities at the discretion of Rowell International management.
